INALCO Metal Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of Aluminium Rolled Products based in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. INALCO, commissioned in 2022 with a capacity of 5 continuous casters, has a capacity of manufacturing 60,000 MT per annum. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced technology equipment for producing Aluminium FRP's in varying alloys and thicknesses. We have been known in the market for superior quality, commitment and delivery, our facility has a captive foundry, holding furnaces, casters, and rolling mill for making high quality products ranging from 0.1 mm to 6.00 mm thickness with maximum width 1600 mm.

We manufacture a wide range of aluminium alloys ranging AA 1XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 8xXX. INALCO has installed a 1750 mm wide Cold Rolling Mill in its state-of-the-art facility. CRM is modern in its way with high speed and green technology manufactured in accordance to the international standards. It is equipped with an automatic gauge control system to maintain the desired thickness. Furthermore, to exceed the international standards required in every industry our facility has installed X-ray gauge check and flatness control systems We at INALCO are committed to comply with requirements of ISO 9001:2015 to ensure good quality to meet customer requirements and augment customer satisfaction in manufacturing and supply of FRP's.
